TAWAU SMART CITY

​The project depicted in the images is a comprehensive master plan development located in Tawau, Sabah, spanning an area of 12.35 acres. Designed in 2011, the proposal showcases a modern waterfront development with a combination of high-rise towers and low-rise structures, incorporating a variety of commercial and residential spaces. The design highlights sleek, modern facades, complemented by a blend of palm-lined boulevards and wide open spaces, creating a harmonious blend of urban and natural elements. The positioning of the buildings, including open spaces near the waterfront, emphasizes a balanced approach to coastal living and urban development, catering to both leisure and business needs.
